The K924 machine is designed for flash-butt welding using pulsed flashing in stationary conditions of elements of railroad cross-pieces made of special steel with railway rail ends or for welding of rails with a height of 140-195 mm and a cross section of up to 15000 mm².
The K924 machines are equipped with a welding process control system, built on the latest Siemens programmable controller and provides computerized certification of the technological parameters of welding of each joint.
