K922-1
The machine is designed for flash-butt welding under field conditions using pulsed flashing of rails with a cross-section of 6500–10000 mm² with burr removing immediately after welding.
Currently, the company supplies to the market both modernized welding machines K900A-1 with a traditional clamping scheme, and new generation machines K922-1 and K920-1 with horizontal positioning of the clamping cylinders to create a permanent force independent of jaw wear. Depending on the conditions of welding rails as part of mobile rail welding installations, as well as in stationary conditions, these models of suspended rail welding machines have proven themselves to be excellent in the construction of railway tracks in many countries around the world.
The design of K922-1 machine includes a throw-on deburring unit driven by built-in autonomous hydraulic cylinders. After going through the cycle of welding and deburring with a throw-on deburring unit, the machine can hold the welded joint for the time necessary for the joint to cool.
The machines are equipped with a welding process control system, which is built on the latest Siemens programmable controller and provides computerised certification of technological parameters of welding of each joint.
